Back in the late 90's I went up about 2 sizes. I saw this infomercial about Taebo and I was very excited. I had never seen anything like this. I was broke but I bought it and I never bought anything off of TV. I received 4 vhs tapes. It was so fun, I looked forward to doing this workout. I did this in my living room 3 times a week. Within 3 months I was down to a size 4. I am a bit older now and I have tried so many things but nothing seems to work. I just ordered the DVD and can't wait to start. I know it works because I did it before. I expect it will take me longer because I am a bit older now. I am surprised that nobody can match Billy Blanks.
