This is the only book I have found devoted entirely to Magic Circle exercises. There are other Pilates books but they tend to be broader and cover props.Note: Some sellers appear to be selling the DVD under this book listing. I initially got the DVD from one seller and then had to repurchase as I wanted the book.The book is a small size but very, very good. 64 pages, 6.5"wide by 8" tall and about 1/4" thick.- Spiral bound makes it easy to keep open- Excellent Instructions (step by step) and pictures though these are not step-by step, more supplemental.- Some exercises have Tips (titled a 'Note') and Modifications- Full Workout- Each exercises is prefaced with targeted body areas and benefitsCONTENTS- Intro (one page)- Elements of a Pilates workout (stance, breathing etc - one page)- Principles /Positioning/Prep (2 pages)- Exercises (page 8-page 61)- Conclusion + About the authorsBook was shipped very quickly.
