I did enjoy this DVD, but I have only given it 3 stars because the instructor takes too long in explaining the exercises, before actually doing them, so there is too much standing around. The DVD takes about 50 minutes to complete, this could be reduced quite a lot, I would image if she had explained the excercises whilst actually doing the repetitions. I would have liked to have seen a cardio section added also to this DVD. The only cardio you sort of get is the warm up, here, I didn't feel she explained the moves properly, its ok if you are a co-ordinated person, but I am not so got muddled up at first. That said, overall the workout is nice and will do the job. You can always do extra repetitions to fill in the time when she is standing around talking when you have got used to using the DVD and know what is coming next. The cool down was good as well which used some nice stretching moves, you could quite happily do this section on its own when you get home after a stressful day at work. The section on how to walk in high heels was fun.
