This ab roller is amazing. It is sturdy and smooth rolling. The hand holds are very comfortable. I get a great core workout in minimal time. Make sure you watch a video before using. I jumped right in and ended up feeling it in my back, not my abs. The video showed the necessity of engaging the core from the beginning and all the way through. You will definitely feel it and want to keep coming back for more.Bought this for my husband after I had ordered a different one from a different seller & it came with no handle bars lol So since you really need those to make it into the ab roller & not a paper weight, I took a chance & ordered this one. The box was in way better condition than my other purchase & everything was included YAY! My husband is a big guy at 6’4” & 270lbs & it holds him just fine. He said it gives him the right amount of resistance & is definitely a workout!The roller is easy to assemble and very light in weight. The roller is surprisingly sturdy to withstand my weight (more than 200lbs).highly recommend! My only complaint is that the knee pad is too small.Amazing quality. Feels strong and durable, designed to last. Love it.. !!!Am I supposed to tighten the handles it doesn’t seem to roll when I screw them tight?I like that the product is sturdy and well put together.
