Now I'm not going to say this is the best workout log in the world, but for $7 it's for sure the best value on amazon.Pros:Template is spaced out very wellHas room for 12 exercises or 4 cardio exercises (which I think is plenty)Everything You Need without the extrasOverall It gets the job doneCons:It's Black and white, I thought it was going to be colorThe Matte cover looks good, but I sweat a lot so I already stained itFlimsy, giving it's easy to write on, but not the best paper on the marketAll in all it's $7 and if you're looking for a fitness log this one works pretty good
