I have to admit that this bench is excellent for the price, and it’s very strong and reliable. This already comes assembled so all you have to do is set it up and get started. I also like that it comes with a Book with instructions on how the bench could be set up in different ways and what exactly you need to know. This is excellent because after I’m done exercising, all I need to do is fold it, and I could easily fit it under my couch or under my bed.Excelente material y buen precio.Yes, the weak resistance bands were an issue but that was it. Easy to assemble, sturdy and multiple inclines....love it!!!Good for the price. Easy to fold and put away. A little narrow for a adult to feel comfortable while doing the workout.As someone who just started working out and tryna take it serious, I bought this bench and im satisfied. I do wish the cables were a bit tighter and that the bench came with a back stand bracket where I can clip the straps to. Not much of a big deal since I'll be buying a pulling bar set where I can strap them to for other workouts. Overall, its a decent price that'll target what you want to get fit. It may feel unstrudy, however, all that means is you need to train for core for balance. I dont see an actual problem with its sturdiness. Its solid. Give it a buy.For the moneyIt folds up and fits anywhere and I can set it up in 2 minutesThis is a really decent bench! I use it with dumbbells. The resistance bands are awful, but I expected that from other reviews. It is incredibly sturdy which was important to me because I’m not a small guy. I would buy it again.
