Ab roller arrived quickly, was easy to put together, now to make myself use it everyday! I felt sore muscles in my arms at first as I must have been leaning into my arms for support more than my abs before adjusting. Its very easy to use and the instructions are pretty self explanatory. I hope it lasts a long time since I'm not sure how well its made, it feels a drop wobbly. I would recommend using a better mat since the one it comes with is a little too thin.Definitely speak to a doctor before you use it, my wifes doctor told her not to use it since she has Diastasis after having a baby.Overall I do like it and hope it helps me build a stronger core!I’ve used an ab roller in the past, but this one is actually much better than what I’ve used before. First off, the wheel is much larger which allows me to have better balance and the ability to swing to my torso left and right more for those obliques. Overall, I feel I get a better ab workout in with this than without, and the knee pad that comes with this is a knee saver. The quality of this wheel seems pretty good, I do like the metal bar that supports the handle versus the plastic that I’ve seen in others. The grips are nice too, not fully foam which I hate and has more of the alternating foam and plastic.I really like this air roller because it is easy to assemble. I like using the ab roller to work out because in my opinion it really works your core in a very effective way.Super happy with this buy and it is being put to great use!!If you’re looking for a roller under the $100 mark this one works just fine. Lightweight but serves its purpose.Easy to assemble and use. Good grip and feels sturdy.
