This is a great double dvd, one disc for pregnancy and one for after the birth of you baby. The workout is easy to follow, and very effective, you feel like you have had a good workout without over-doing it. The menu system works very well, so you can pick and choose to do as little or as much as you feel. There is plenty of safety advice, and the presenter is friendly and encouraging.
