This pre-workout is the cleanest I have ever tried. I have been trying all kinds of different pre-workouts for many years. Both stimulant and stimulant free. I really liked, and had been using Pre-Jym for a few months up to trying Pre-Kaged. I have always wanted to try Pre-Kaged but never did for whatever unknown reason. The Pre-Jym was out of stock so I decided to buy this in place of it. I am so glad I did, and wish I would have tried it sooner. For both my wife and I, this has great energy and focus without any jitters or anxiety whatsoever. This is the first for me. I always got some sort of anxiety with every one I have tried. I just gave up on trying to find one that didn't because I though, "if I'm taking a pre-workout with stimulants, I am going to have anxiety". I kept waiting for the anxiety or jitters with this, but neither have. This is the first one that didn't cause one or the other. With a look at the ingredients, they are all top quality and dosed correctly (for me). I did notice that Pre-Kaged uses organic caffeine from coffee beans while the many I have tried in the past were chemical caffeine. This may have made the difference, I can only guess.I have been using Pre-Kaged for a few months now and I love it. I got the grape at first, and for me, it taste like what I would imagine a grape dreamsicle would taste like. So it's a kind of creamy grape. It's pretty good. I then tried the fruit punch and I loved that. I'm staying with this flavor. Again, it kind of has that creamy flavor. It is excellent. Both my wife and myself love it.Overall, fully satisfied! I don't plan on trying anything else from here on out. I found the perfect Pre-workout for me. No need to search further, unless they change the formula.Give it a try.12/17/2021 update:This product definitely works as it helps me get in a few more reps and makes me not yawn at the gym.I personally use half a scoop because ~300 mg of caffeine is insane, helps me get in around 3-5 more reps and wakes me up before the gym. Using half a scoop means $1/serving.I've used the fruit punch and grape flavor so far, both of the powders smell like feet which will affect your breath.My fruit punch with ~10 servings remaining was sitting in my room for a year and it clumped together, I broke it apart with a fork, mixed it with my water and got explosive diarrhea.So, don't use it once it starts clumping up like that.Other than that, this is my go to PWO due to the L-citrulline dosages as well as other ingredient dosages overall being higher than everyone else.This is a really good product for a pre-workout. It gives good energy and a decent pump. I e tried 2 different flavors and both need a little work. A little medicine aftertaste is the best way to describe.This was a suggested replacement for the every once in a while Amazon "your repeat delivery item is no longer available" MP Assault watermelon. (though I was able to just order that item without a sub, but I digress). Based on ingredients, I figured this Pre-Kaged Pre-workout would be comparable, suggested replacement aside, But once it arrived and I have tried to down it a couple times, I must say, THE FLAVOR IS UNBEARABLE. Is it the grape flavor I selected? I find it to be a residual taste I doubt would go away with any flavor. What is the over powering tone? Does the product description prepare the customer for this experience? Maybe someone else really likes the flavor. Is there a marketing scheme that can help those in love with this acquired taste be aware of it's unique niche? inquiring minds would like to know. For the rest of you, stick with what you know and like. OR get a sample... oh, those aren't always available. Thank you and work it out, work. it. out.Energy level was low. Needed 1.5 scoops or more for some moderate energy.I gave this 4 stars because the flavor was a little weird but after a few uses you’ll get use to it. The great thing about Kaged, from my experience, is that I actually felt energized and focused during my workouts. I do cardio the most so it helps me a lot.Grape is my favorite flavor in everything and this is undrinkableFirst off the Grape flavor is excellent and one of the better pre's out there. Unfortunately, this one falls short in comparison to others for the necessary reasons we take a pre-workout. It definitely doesn't leave you with the jitters like others after you've completed your session but it also doesn't provide that initial burst of energy. I think this is good as a intra but if you're looking for something a little more aggressive then this definitely isn't the one and especially for the price.
