Not as sturdy as I would like, but it gets the job doneSuper bad quality bench. I weigh 180 and sat on it with the dumbbells pictured and the plywood seat cracked from insufficient support. Aside from that, it wobbles when you lay on it. You could get seriously injured using this product. Returning it and investing in something that’s more sturdy. And to top it off, it’s PU leather and has really thin foam cushion.
