Easy to assemble and use. Perfect for bench press, seated free weights, and for storing weight. Has a decline bench, but this is really only good for sit ups (using included foot strap). I don't do use this though as I find them bad for your knees and lower back. Doesn't decline in the proper position for declined bench press, nor include a way to brace your legs when doing so. Minor complaint, but would've been an appreciated addition.I do like the adjustability of this station, and it's fold up feature. Def saves some space for floor exercises. The dip bar and push up handles are a nice addition. However, they're not adjustable so can only accommodate certain body sizes and arm spreads. The spotter notch on the bench press uprights is a welcomed safety feature. Overall a great addition to a home gym. Coupled with a rack makes a fairly encompassing weight lifting station.
