It’s good, I don’t get the tingles like with C-4 pre work out. I like the tingles. The caffeine seems to last longer then other pre work outsThis product had a terrible taste, unable to drinkI’m not sure if it’s supposed to taste this bad or if it went bad somehow. I've tried adding more water to dilute it and adding less water to make it stronger and it still tastes kinda' weird.Taste is pretty smooth and mixes well with water. some like to mix with creatine and OJ but water does fine for me.Love the building blocks to outstanding recovery. Aminos are amazing and these ones I would say boost up the flavor, but anyone who is anyone knows. Great quality amazing shouldn't taste like Kool aid . What I'm saying here is quality matters and this product brought that and a fancy label. Loved the product, felt like it helped with offset after workout soreness. Kept me going harder in the gym and didn't fatigue tell it was good and time to. ?
